Our vinyl printer is the perfect high-performance production tool for creating colorful decals, labels, banners, posters, vehicle and floor graphics, apparel decoration and just about any sign imaginable. Based on the acclaimed 4-color printing and contour cutting technology, our vinyl printer achieves a maximum print speed of 114-square-feet per hour. With an advanced media handling system, it produces brilliant, photorealistic graphics on a full range of coated and uncoated media.

CNC MACHINES CUTTING & MILLING

Computer numerically controlled otherwise know as a CNC machine is a computerized routing system. The CNC Machine allows us to cut, drill and machine with accuracy of up to .001”. We are able to cure various materials such as Sign Foam, PVC Plastics, Plywood, and solid wood, etc.

SOFTWARE

We use multiple types of software and are capable of importing numerous file types and extensions. Below are some of the programs we are currently using:
Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for graphic design creation and manipulation; Flexi-Pro 8.5 for vinyl design and printing; Artcam Pro for CNC design work for carved signs and creating 3-D parts.
